So here in this article you will learn How to Increase your PC Speed as well as Optimize your Internet Connection.
Well I have divided this article into 2 parts-
1]- Increase your PC Speed by cleaning your RAM
- Open the notepad and type- FreeMem=Space(64000000)
- Save it as RAMcleaner.vbs [ You should choose the “All Files” option when u save it ]
- Run the file and your RAM will be cleaned of unwanted processes.
- You can also edit the code for a greater “cleaning-progress”.
- Example- FreeMem=Space(128000000)
2]- Increase Internet speed by optimizing your Internet Connection
- Open Device Manager [Vista/Seven: Right Click on My computer > properties > Click on Device Manager in Left Hand Side Menu | Xp: Right Click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager]
- Locate Ports and expand it by double clicking on it.
- Open all the ports listed under PORTS by double clicking on them.
- Now go to the Port Setting and make these changes:
- On “Bits per second” change to 128000
- And “Flow control” option change to Hardware
- Apply and see the result.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and there is a Ports Link in the Device Manager Window..pls recheck.
I have no "Ports" option in my Vista Home version. So is there another way to locate the ports option?

I knw there has been some issue regarding the Ports Menu In Device Manager in Windows 7.
Well i checked and the thing is if you are using Wifi to access Internet then the Ports menu is not displayed..In case you use a data card or Lan or some sort of USB device to access Net then surely the Ports Menu is displayed in Device manager.

my antivirus is detecting ram cleaner as a virus
Yeah some antiviruses detect .vbs files as viruses..but then as you know it is a false positive.
- Just turn off your antivirus while you use the ramcleaner file..or better change your antivirus..i would suggest go for Norton 360.
there's no ports option in xp too.
so is there any way too increase the speed of wifi internet
