PLOT: Echelon Conspiracy is an extremely suspenseful thriller in the vein of Enemy of the State. It revolves around a nerdy computer expert who gets entangled in a web of intrigue when he gets a cell phone in the mail from an anonymous source. From then on it is non-stop action as the mystery unfolds. This all star cast powerhouse joy ride is the perfect film to rent on video and play on a big screen TV. It will keep you guessing from beginning to end as a thousand bullets ricochet and fireballs explode. All the way up until the end you won't know who is who or what everyone's motivations are. In the tradition of the great early 1970s action movies there are hokey love scenes, corny dialog, and car chases galore, and this is what makes it so pulp and fun.
