Finland!!! Mine which i bought from a mobile store in bangalore (Now a liquor store, killing my warranty in the process :( ), and my dads which he bought in saudi...maybe you could try a poll, and find out whether different regions get different countries.

i have NOKIA 5030 and its 7th and 8th number is 03.. You didnt discus this number above that in which country this mobile is made.
and secondly i have a 5320 xpress music mobile and its 7th and 8th number is 02. made from emirates, according to you this mob is in bad quality. and i found this mobile that this is really bad in quality.
